Comuna Cantina City in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless dining experience for guests. The full-time role is based in Brisbane City, with responsibilities spanning front-of-house leadership, staffing, service standards and customer satisfaction.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Comuna Cantina City. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vibrant restaurants, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our guests. This is a full-time role based in our Brisbane City location.

What you’ll be doing

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and front-of-house team

What we’re looking for

Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, staff supervision and cost control

Relevant hospitality qualifications will be regarded favourably
