The ideal candidate has 2+ years in restaurant management, strong customer service skills, and a proven ability to manage cost controls in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a restaurant management or senior hospitality role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service standards.
• Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, staff supervision and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and front-of-house team.
• Manage staffing, rosters, service standards and customer experience.
• Supervise reservations, table allocations and service flow.
• Train, mentor and support floor staff to maintain high standards.
• Monitor stock levels, ordering and cost control with management.
• Assist budgeting, reporting and operational planning.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, food safety and liquor licensing.
