Job summary

Boiling Point F&B Group Pty Ltd in Adelaide, SA, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of our hospitality venues. You will coordinate with the Chef to design menus, manage reservations, recruit and train waitstaff, and ensure health and safety standards are met.

You will maintain stock levels, handle purchasing within budget, supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff, and engage with guests to monitor satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in restaurant or café management
• Experience maintaining stock levels and financial records
• Experience supervising and rostering front-of-house and kitchen staff
• Ability to plan menus in consultation with kitchen staff
• Ability to perform under pressure in a busy dining environment

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and oversee the performance of waitstaff and kitchen support staff
• Welcome guests, manage reservations, and assist with taking orders when required

Key Responsibilities

• Experience supervising, training and rostering front-of-house and kitchen support staff
• Ability to plan menus in consultation with kitchen staff and organize special functions
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a busy dining environment
