Job summary

Skilled Jobs Australia is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a premium Japanese Teppanyaki restaurant in Adelaide to lead daily operations, ensure high-quality service, food and beverage delivery, and smooth front- and back-of-house coordination.

You will plan menus with the head chef, organise events, manage reservations, control purchasing and stock, supervise staff, and uphold WHS and regulatory compliance while providing staff training and maintaining a friendly, can-do culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold AQF Diploma in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, or minimum 3 years.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
• Team player with friendly, approachable personality.
• Excellent customer service and reservation management.

Responsibilities

Our client is a premium Japanese Teppanyaki restaurant and is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their team.

You will be responsible for the day to day operational management of the restaurant in the delivery of high-quality service, food and beverages to customers.

In return, we off er a full time position with an attractive basic salary ranges from $75,000-$85,000 per annum + superannuation which depends on your skills and experience.
