Job summary

The Bowral Asian Cuisine in Bowral, NSW, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house and kitchen operations. You will plan menus with Chefs, organise special functions and manage purchasing and budgeting to ensure smooth service.

Ideal candidates will have management or hospitality qualifications, at least two years in a similar role, and strong leadership and communication skills to supervise staff and interact with guests.

• Selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff.
• Taking reservations, greeting guests and assisting in taking orders.
