Responsibilities

• Clean internal and external areas to keep the restaurant welcoming.
• Maintain equipment to ensure safe functioning and hazard-free environment.
• Care for the carpark, patio, and exterior areas (bins, gardens, signage, floors).
• Organise and clean back areas, rubbish, and staff toilets.
• Follow restaurant safety and security standards at all times.
• Complete ad hoc maintenance tasks as requested by Management.
