Job summary

Shell House, part of The Point hospitality group, is seeking a warm, energetic Host to join our team in Sydney. You’ll greet guests, manage seating and reservations, and assist with guest enquiries while working closely with floor and management teams to deliver memorable experiences from arrival.

We value hospitality passion, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm in a busy venue. Evening and Saturday availability is ideal for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Confident, friendly and well-presented.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as the frontline host.
• Manage reservations and seating for the floor team.
• Assist with guest enquiries and requests.
• Collaborate with floor and management teams to deliver great experiences.
• Help create memorable experiences from the moment guests arrive.
