Searock Grill in Sydney is seeking a passionate Floor Manager to lead our front-of-house team and deliver memorable dining experiences. You will motivate staff, maintain high service standards, manage guest flow, and ensure smooth service during busy periods with a positive, can-do approach.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hospitality management experience, strong communication, and a natural leadership presence.
