You’ll lead the floor, coach the FOH team, collaborate with kitchen and bar, manage rostering and labour costs, and build guest relationships. If you’re calm under pressure, you’ll fit right in.

• Strong commercial sense and decision impact on service
• Calm under pressure; hands-on on the floor

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor through busy services, keeping standards high and the team connected
• Coach and develop your FOH team through clear direction and regular feedback
• Manage rostering and labour costs with a strong understanding of service needs
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar to keep the whole restaurant moving together
• Build guest relationships and handle feedback with care
