Job summary

The Lancemore Group's Cleveland Estate Macedon Ranges Hotel is seeking guest-focused individuals with food and beverage experience to join our team in Victoria. You will deliver exceptional guest service across our outlets and act as an ambassador for the hotel, bringing a passion for food and beverage to every guest interaction.

Availability to work a 7-day roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays, and a basic understanding of wines and spirits will help you thrive in this

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role in an a la carte hotel restaurant or functions venue.
• Passion for food and beverage with the ability to connect with guests.
• RSA certificate is required.
• Willingness to work a 7-day roster including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service across multiple food and beverage outlets.
• Be an ambassador for the hotel and uphold brand standards.

About You:

• Experience in a similar role in an a la carte hotel restaurant or functions venue will be highly regarded
• You must have a passion for food and beverage with the ability to make great connections with all our guests.
• A la carte waiter experience in a quality dining environment will be of great interest.
• Valid RSA certificate
• A desire for service excellence
• A basic understanding of wines and spirits
• A great communicator
• Availability to participate in a 7 day working roster of days, nights, weekends and public holidays
• Ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Initiative and be a team player
• Good personal presentation
• Self-motivation, can do attitude
