Qualifications

• Experience in workplace behaviour, employee support, HR, organisational culture or related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate conversations and education initiatives.
• Ability to work with sensitivity, impartiality and a solution-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential support to employees and managers on workplace behaviour concerns.
• Engage with stakeholders to build capability and deliver prevention and early intervention.
• Identify and refer matters to specialist support pathways when needed.
