REMEC Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Resourcing Manager to lead the rapidly growing resourcing division, with a focus on creating long-term career opportunities for Indigenous people. The role blends business development, client management and recruitment leadership, with potential to grow the team as the division expands.

You will build strategic plans, maintain client relationships across mining, resources and construction, coach a small team, and ensure compliant, job-ready talent pools

Qualifications

• Strong network across WA mining and resources industries.
• Demonstrated history in fast, large scale recruitment.
• Proven track record in business development.
• Commercially driven with negotiation experience.
• A leadership mindset with ability to mentor a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities across the mining, resources and construction sectors, and establishing solid client relationships.
• Maintain existing client relationships, and growing existing accounts when the opportunity arises.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders in the business, including operations, HR and financial leads.
• Develop and champion a strategic business development plan to drive growth in the Resourcing division.
• Manage and mentor the existing business support team to develop consistency across the division, ensuring that delivery meets client requirements.
• Maintaining compliant, job-ready talent pools.
• Maintain commercial discipline around pricing, margins and candidate quality.
