Job summary

Laing O’Rourke is seeking a Resourcing Advisor to join our growing Adelaide team. You will be part of a national resourcing team committed to diversity and inclusion, driving recruitment campaigns from attraction to onboarding.

You will identify great talent, build pipelines for current and future needs, and nurture candidate relationships while upholding the Laing O’Rourke brand in the market. Strong collaboration with hiring managers will be essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition across multiple vacancies.
• Experience recruiting within construction, engineering, infrastructure or defence sectors preferred.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK.

Responsibilities

About the role

We are currently seeking a Resourcing Advisor to join our growing team in Adelaide. You’ll be joining a fun and supportive national resourcing team that are committed to achieving diversity and inclusion across our organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage great talent, leveraging networks, referrals and proactive sourcing techniques.
• Manage recruitment campaigns from attraction to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Build talent pipelines that support immediate hiring needs and future project growth.
• Develop lasting candidate relationships and represent the Laing O'Rourke brand in the market.
• Partner with hiring leaders to deliver efficient and effective hiring outcomes.

About you

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with experience managing multiple vacancies across white-collar roles.
• Experience recruiting within the construction, engineering, infrastructure or defence sectors is highly regarded.
• Confident using applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK.
• A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.
• A team player with a passion for delivering a positive candidate experience and high-quality recruitment outcomes.
