Laing O’Rourouke Australia Construction Pty Limited in Adelaide is seeking a Senior Estimator to join our team. You will prepare accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates and tender submissions for major projects, while monitoring market pricing and construction trends to keep bids competitive.

You will provide technical estimating expertise, lead and mentor estimators, support handover with clear cost documentation, and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and wellbeing

• Advanced experience in the construction industry.
• Relevant qualifications.
• Ability to work with the main business packages such as COINS, Site Manager and Team Binder.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates and tender submissions for major projects.
• Monitor market pricing, industry trends and innovative construction methodologies to support competitive bids.
• Provide technical estimating expertise and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality estimates.
• Lead, mentor and develop estimators and support team members to build capability and performance.
• Support project handover by providing clear commercial documentation and cost information to delivery teams.
• Assist with Bill of Quantities allocation and cost planning to support effective project controls.
• Promote and maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental and wellbeing requirements across all activities.
