Job summary

Laing O’Rourke is seeking a Resourcing Advisor to join our growing Adelaide team. You will be part of a national resourcing team committed to diversity and inclusion, driving recruitment campaigns from attraction to onboarding.

You will identify great talent, build pipelines for current and future needs, and nurture candidate relationships while upholding the Laing O’Rourke brand in the market. Strong collaboration with hiring managers will be essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition across multiple vacancies.
• Experience recruiting within construction, engineering, infrastructure or defence sectors preferred.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage great talent across networks, referrals and proactive sourcing.
• Manage recruitment campaigns from attraction to onboarding with a seamless candidate experience.
• Build talent pipelines to support immediate hiring and future project growth.
• Develop lasting candidate relationships and represent the Laing O’Rourke brand in the market.
• Partner with hiring leaders to deliver efficient and effective hiring outcomes.
