Opteon, based in Adelaide Metro, is expanding its Residential Valuation team. You will conduct property inspections, compile data, and prepare reports in line with legislation and professional standards. Work with Best-in-market software to maximise data capture and support growth into other valuation areas.

The role requires strong valuation skills, client focus, and a drive for personal and professional development within a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications.
• RPV/CPV status.
• Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in and contribute to a harmonious team environment.

Responsibilities

Your new opportunity

This position will play a vital role in the further development of our Residential Valuation offering. On a day to day basis you will be involved in property inspections, research and preparation of property sales and data, and report preparation in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards. Working with Opteon's best in market propriety property software and systems enables our valuers to minimise their time in the field while maximising reporting data capture. The current position is based in Adelaide Metro servicing the northern suburbs, with scope for growth into any of our specialised residential valuation departments or commercial valuation team.
