Opteon AUS & NZ is expanding its residential valuation teams across Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, Townsville and Cairns, offering local valuers the chance to complete high-quality valuations with reduced travel and strong operational support.

You will bring residential mortgage valuation experience, an RPV or CPV qualification, and a sound understanding of local property markets, paired with meticulous attention to detail and a positive, tech‑forward mindset.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking motivated valuers who take pride in delivering accurate, high quality reports and exceptional customer service.

You will have:

• Residential mortgage valuation experience (mandatory)
• RPV or CPV qualification, ideally with 12 or more months of experience
• A strong understanding of local residential property markets
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical capability
• A passion for property and a positive, tech‑forward mindset
