Job summary

Opteon Darwin is seeking a residential valuations professional to grow our Residential Valuation offering. You will conduct property inspections, research and compile data to produce high-quality valuation reports in line with legislation and standards.

You will use Opteon’s leading systems to work efficiently and deliver detailed reporting. The role emphasizes strong client relationships, business development and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications.
• RPV or CPV status combined with significant experience in the residential space.
• Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

The position is based in Darwin NT with fully flexible working arrangements.

This opportunity provides a market-leading base salary with a fee-write bonus structure, plus a sign-on bonus and comprehensive relocation support.

In this role, you will play an important part in the growth of our Residential Valuation offering. Day to day, you will carry out property inspections, research and prepare sales data and produce high quality valuation reports in line with relevant legislation and professional standards. With access to Opteon’s market leading systems, you will be supported to work efficiently, reducing time spent in the field while enhancing the quality and detail of your reporting.

You will also bring a strong operational focus, building and maintaining positive, productive relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders as part of your everyday work.

You have a strong client network and commitment to professional development, together with:
