Job summary

Opteon in Devonport, TAS, is seeking a motivated valuator to produce accurate residential and commercial reports across a diverse market. You will manage client expectations, meet turnaround times, and contribute to regional growth with strong stakeholder engagement.

You'll bring CPV status, a business property degree, and proven valuation experience, complemented by exceptional report writing, analytical thinking and a customer-focused approach.

• Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualification.
• Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) status.
• Strong residential valuation experience, with commercial experience highly regarded.
• Excellent report writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
• Business development capability and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
