Job summary

Opteon in Devonport, TAS seeks a commercially minded valuer to produce accurate valuation reports for residential and commercial properties. You will develop client relationships, manage opportunities, and support regional growth while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet client expectations and tight turnarounds. This role emphasizes quality, reporting excellence, and service delivery.

Based in Devonport, Tasmania , this opportunity will see you producing accurate and high-quality residential and commercial valuation reports across a diverse property market, while meeting client expectations and turnaround timeframes.

You will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships, managing business opportunities, and contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the region.

This position has a strong operational focus and requires the ability to build and maintain positive, productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
