Job summary

genU is seeking compassionate Residential Support Workers to help people with disability live more independently in their home and community. You will support daily living activities, medication assistance, meal routines, and promote person-centred care across weekend, afternoon, public holiday and sleepover shifts.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Disability or related qualification.
• Current Victorian Driver Licence, First Aid & CPR.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module.
• Working with Children Check (Employee).

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities including personal care and mealtime routines.
• Encourage independence through person-centred support and teaching moments.
• Create opportunities for residents to connect with their community and engage in activities.
• Work with team leaders to implement Person-Centred Plans (PCPs).
• Maintain documentation and records to support safe, quality care.
• Complete admin tasks following genU policies and WHS standards.
