Job summary

genU is seeking an Overnight Sleep Support Worker in Perth, WA to help customers with disabilities through accommodation and community engagement. The role includes supporting with daily living skills, medication administration and behaviour support in a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Cert III in Disability or higher is essential.
• Experience with behaviour support plans is preferred.
• Ability to manage complex situations with patience.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to use own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support person-centred plans identifying life goals and working to achieve them.
• Assist with daily living skills such as meal prep, housekeeping, showering, toileting and medication administration.
• Ensure positive behaviour support plans are followed.
• Administration duties and mandatory reporting
