Job summary

Haste Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a residential builder delivering investment homes across Brisbane’s western suburbs, Ipswich and Toowoomba regions. You will oversee the construction of lowset homes from site start through handover, ensuring safety, efficiency and high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor with a residential builder.
• Experience delivering investment, volume or project homes.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple lowset residential builds from commencement to completion.
• Coordinate trades, suppliers and construction schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress.
• Ensure workmanship meets company and industry standards.
• Maintain project timelines and address delays.
• Manage workplace health and safety across all sites.
• Resolve construction issues and coordinate rectification work.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.
• Complete quality inspections and prepare homes for handover。
• Ensure all construction documentation is accurate and up to date.
