Job summary

GemLife's QA Build team in Toowoomba is seeking a Residential Site Supervisor to lead on-site operations for a luxury residential project at Cotswold Hills.

You will oversee Plant Operators, Labourers, and subcontractors to ensure safe, on-time delivery of premium homes, maintaining top build quality. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and IT literacy are essential.

Qualifications

Are you an experienced Residential Site Supervisor with a passion for delivering high-quality, luxury homes? Our new Cotswold Hills, Toowoomba Site has commenced construction and we're looking for a driven and a capable professional ready to step into this exciting opportunity.

About QA Build

Our expert teams consistently deliver premium villas with industry-leading build times averaging just 16 weeks.

The Opportunity

Our Cotswold Hills development will deliver 205 homes, with approximately 2.5 years of work on-site, plus a pipeline of adjoining projects providing an additional 5+ years of ongoing opportunities. Working alongside the Residential Site Manager, you will play a key leadership role in site operations - overseeing Plant Operators, Labourers, and subcontractors to ensure homes are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. We're looking for a confident and decisive leader who communicates effectively, solves problems quickly, and keeps projects running smoothy. You will need to be proactive in identifying risks and maintaining momentum on-site, even under pressure.

To Be Successful You Must

• Have a QBCC Licence
• Experience in Residential Construction with high volume
• Drivers Licence + white card
• A trade background, carpentry is preferred
• Supervisor experience while following OHS procedures
• Problem solving skills and good decision making
• Competent with IT, preferably Onsite Companion
• Have a practical, hands-on approach ensuring you're present on site and follow through with what you commit to
• Remain calm under pressure while adapting to challenges if they arise
