Job summary

GemLife Group's QA Build division is seeking an experienced Commercial Foreman to join our site teams across Highfields & Cotswold Hills, working with the Site Manager to deliver clubhouse and resort facilities. You’ll oversee trades, programs, safety, and quality control to ensure premium outcomes on high-end residential resort projects.

We value hands-on leadership, QBCC Site Supervisor Licence holders, and experience in resort or hospitality facilities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, solutions-focused Commercial Foreman with experience delivering high-quality commercial builds.
• Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence.
• Proven ability to lead trade teams, manage site programs, and uphold premium quality standards.
• Experience on resort, hospitality, or public-use facilities highly regarded.
• Strong working knowledge of QLD building codes, WHS legislation, and site compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in day-to-day operations and planning.
• Oversee operators/labourers, subcontractors, suppliers, programs, and quality control on site.
• Lead and mentor trade teams, ensuring quality and efficiency.

QA Build is the construction arm of GemLife, delivering high‑end commercial facilities across Australia’s fastest‑growing luxury lifestyle resort communities. We specialise in premium clubhouse and resort infrastructure built to an exceptional standard.

We’re now seeking an experienced Commercial Foreman to join our team across Highfields & Cotswold Hills, working closely with the Site Manager to deliver clubhouse and resort facilities including wellness centres, cinemas, bars, pools, and outdoor amenities.

This role offers the opportunity to build more than just structures - you’ll help create thriving, connected resort communities.

The Foreman sits within a structured site team, reporting to an experienced Site Manager, with long-term continuity across multiple resort stages.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the Site Manager in day‑to‑day operations and planning.
• Oversee operators/labourers, subcontractors, suppliers, programs, and quality control on site.
