Job summary

GemLife's QA Build division seeks a Commercial Foreman to lead high-end resort construction at Toowoomba's Cotswold Hills. You will support the Site Manager, coordinate trades, and drive delivery of premium clubhouse and resort facilities.

Applicants should have proven Commercial Foreman experience and a current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence, with strong leadership and a track record in QA and safety. This role offers long-term stability within a nationally recognised builder.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commercial Foreman delivering high-quality commercial construction projects.
• Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate multiple trades.
• Sound understanding of programming, quality assurance, and subcontractor management.
• Experience delivering hospitality, resort, community facilities will be highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge of Queensland building codes, WHS legislation and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager with the daily coordination and delivery of site operations
• Lead subcontractors, suppliers, operators and labour teams to achieve program milestones
• Drive quality outcomes and ensure works are delivered to QA Build's high standards
• Coordinate trades and site activities to maintain productivity and efficiency
• Champion site safety, compliance and a positive team culture
• Help deliver facilities that become the social heart of a thriving resort community

We're seeking an experienced Commercial Foreman to join our team at Cotswold Hills, Toowoomba, supporting an experienced Commercial Site Manager in delivering a standout resort precinct featuring wellness centres, cinemas, licensed bars, pools, sporting facilities, and beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces.

What We're Looking For

• Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
