Job summary

Buildsafe is hiring experienced construction labourers, blue collar workers and scaffolders to join our crews across SEQ. Selected candidates will start in our First Lift Program, a 12-week pathway to fast-track your skills and progression, this program is a hands-on pathway into the industry that combines technical training with real personal development.

This is a casual role with ongoing, consistent work across multipleresidentialprojects. Immediate starts available.

Qualifications

• Scaffolding or construction experience required.
• Must have White Card and valid driver’s licence.
• Physically fit for hands-on work in fast-paced site environments.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload trucks and secure gear.
• Install and dismantle scaffolding and safety systems.
• Work on residential building sites.
• Complete basic reports and checks.
