Buildsafe is hiring experienced construction labourers, scaffolders, and blue-collar workers for ongoing projects in Narangba and surrounding areas. Join our First Lift Program for structured training combined with hands-on experience in residential construction.

Successful candidates will benefit from competitive rates, weekly pay, a consistent work schedule of 40-50 hours, and opportunities for progression into scaffolder and leading hand roles. Immediate starts are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in scaffolding or construction is required.
• Physically fit and ready for hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work 40-50 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload trucks and secure gear.
• Install & dismantle scaffolding and safety systems.
• Work on residential building sites.
• Complete basic reports and checks.

Skills

Scaffolding or construction experience

Experience in a blue-collar environment

Physically fit

Willingness to work Mon-Fri

Driver’s licence and own transport
