Buildsafe Australia Pty Ltd. is hiring experienced construction labourers, blue-collar workers and scaffolders to join our crews across SEQ. The First Lift Program is a 12-week pathway with hands-on training and real site progression to fast-track your skills.

This casual role offers ongoing work on multiple residential projects with 40–50 hours per week, uniform and PPE provided, weekly pay and a clear route to scaffolders and leading hands. Immediate starts available.

Qualifications

• Scaffolding or construction experience.
• White Card is required.
• Driver’s licence + own transport.
• Willing to work Mon to Fri with 40–50 hours per week.
• Experience in a blue-collar environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload trucks and secure gear.
• Install and dismantle scaffolding and safety systems.
• Work on residential building sites.
• Complete basic reports and checks.

First Lift Program (12 Weeks)

• 30-min weekly sessionsin branch before you head out to site for the day

• Learn on the job + structured training

• Mix of technical skills + personal development

• Work in a crew of 3 with a Leading Hand supporting you

The Role

• Load/unload trucks + secure gear

• Install & dismantle scaffolding and safety systems

• Work on residential building sites

What You Need

• Scaffolding or construction experience

• Orexperience working in ablue-collarenvironment(essential)

• White Card

• Driver’s licence + own transport(essential)

• Willing to work Mon to Fri, with an average availability of up to 40-50 hours a week

• Physically fit and ready for hands-on work in a fast-paced residential construction environment

It’sa bonus if you have:

• Scaffold ticket or height safety experience

• MR licence
