Buildsafe is hiring experienced construction labourers, scaffolders, and blue-collar workers for ongoing projects in Narangba and surrounding areas. Join our First Lift Program for structured training combined with hands-on experience in residential construction.

Selected candidates will start in our First Lift Program, a 12‑week pathway to fast‑track your skills and progression, this program is a hands‑on pathway into the industry that combines technical training with real personal development. This is a casual role with ongoing, consistent work across multiple residential projects.

First Lift Program (12 Weeks)

• 30‑min weekly sessions in branch before you head out to site for the day
• Learn on the job + structured training
• Mix of technical skills + personal development
• Work in a crew of 3 with a Leading Hand supporting you

The Role

• Load/unload trucks + secure gear

What You Need

• Scaffolding or construction experience
• Or experience working in a blue‑collar environment (essential)
• White Card
• Driver’s licence + own transport (essential)
• Willing to work Mon to Fri, with an average availability of up to 40-50 hours a week
• Physically fit and ready for hands‑on work in a fast‑paced residential construction environment

It’s a Bonus If You Have

• Scaffold ticket or height safety experience
• MR licence
