Job summary

Sekisui House is seeking a Sales Estimator in NSW to produce accurate cost estimates and pricing to support the Sales team in preparing quotes and contracts. You will help ensure submissions are competitive, precise, and delivered within agreed timeframes.

In this role you will cost residential homes, prepare quotes within required timeframes, collaborate with Sales and suppliers, and support tender preparation and cost comparisons while maintaining strong customer service and communication.

Qualifications

• Trade qualifications within the Residential Building Industry.
• Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills.
• High level of numeracy and proficiency in Estimating and Office apps.
• Ability to build relationships with internal teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Costing: Determine precise costs and pricing for residential homes.
• Quoting: Prepare and issue accurate cost estimates within required timeframes.
• Collaboration: Liaise with Sales to align pricing with customer specifications.
• Sourcing: Work with suppliers and the estimating team for competitive pricing.
• Support: Assist the Estimating Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Communication: Manage and respond to internal and external pricing queries.
• Analysis: Support tender preparation, scope analysis, and cost comparisons.
