Core Advisory in Morwell, Victoria, invites an experienced Property Manager to oversee a residential portfolio across the Latrobe Valley. You will be the main contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring compliance and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a residential property portfolio
• Valid Australian work rights
• Agent's Representative Certificate
• Reliable car and driver's licence
• Knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act

Responsibilities

• Manage a residential portfolio end to end across Morwell and surrounds
• Be the main contact for landlords and tenants
• Coordinate maintenance with VA support
• Manage arrears, breach notices and VCAT applications
• Conduct routine inspections and prepare condition reports
• Handle lease renewals and rent reviews
• Oversee vacates, bond claims and final inspections
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act
• Rostered Saturday work on rotation
