Qualifications

• Experience managing a residential property portfolio in Victoria is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Victorian Residential Tenancies legislation required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills needed.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Autonomous worker who contributes to a team culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage a residential portfolio from end to end.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and routine inspections.
• Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears.
• Oversee tribunal matters and ensure compliance with Victorian legislation.
• Conduct ingoing and outgoing condition reports.
• Ensure timely responses to landlord and tenant enquiries.
