Job summary

Arise Developments (WA) Pty Ltd is seeking a Residential Project Manager to drive residential projects from planning and procurement through construction and handover. You will lead programmes, budgets and delivery milestones while maintaining quality and timelines.

You will coordinate builders, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers, monitor site progress, review plans and documentation, and report on costs and variations to keep projects on track in a Perth context.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential construction projects.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, sequencing and site operations.
• Ability to read plans, specifications and consultant documentation.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Practical approach to problem-solving and accountability for outcomes.
