Duobuilt’s residential arm seeks an experienced Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of high-end Melbourne homes, overseeing time, cost and quality from pre-start to handover. You will build strong relationships with clients, architects and subcontractors, mentor Site Managers, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure rigorous safety and quality checks on site.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end delivery of high-end residential projects on time, within budget and to high quality.
• Build strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants and subcontractors.
• Develop and manage project budgets to maximise value without compromising quality.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules and mitigate delays.
• Lead and mentor Site Managers and project teams for collaboration.
• Ensure sites run safely with thorough quality checks before handover.

DUOBUILT’s residential arm partners with homeowners, architects and designers to bring the design vision to life. We need a Project Manager who owns every detail from pre-start to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple high-end residential projects, ensuring excellence in time, cost and quality
• Build strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants and subcontractors, keeping everyone aligned and informed throughout each project
• Develop and manage project budgets that maximise value without compromising quality
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying and resolving potential delays early
• Lead, support and mentor Site Managers and project teams to drive collaboration and performance
• Keep sites safe and well run, with thorough quality checks before handover

About you

• At least 10 years experience as a Project Manager, with a proven record on high-end residential projects
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work closely with clients, teams and stakeholders
• Strong leadership that builds a positive team culture
• A Building and Construction qualification, Diploma or similar
