BaptistCare is seeking a dedicated Residential Manager for Kintyre Lodge, Dubbo NSW, to lead the home’s operations and drive exceptional resident-centred care in a thriving aged care community.
The role involves managing clinical, financial, and people outcomes, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, and overseeing quality improvements with support from the Leadership & Management Team. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position.
Located in Dubbo, (Central West NSW), BaptistCare’s Kintyre Lodge Aged Care Home is a warm and welcoming community that provides 24-hour care and support to its (81) residents.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join us as Residential Manager. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the overall operational, clinical, financial, and people management outcomes of the Home.
Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will drive quality care, staff engagement, compliance, and continuous improvement, and be supported by a Leadership & Management Team including, Care Team Manager, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Education & Quality Supervisor, Lifestyle Coordinator and Chef Manager. BaptistCare’s Innovation & Quality Team and Support Services provide ongoing remote and onsite support. .
