Kleenheat, a trusted energy brand in Western Australia, is recruiting a Residential Sales Officer in Perth CBD. You will engage directly with residential customers, retain existing clients, win back former customers, and generate new leads for natural gas products and services.

In this role, you will meet sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and contributes to continuous improvement within the portfolio.

Competenze

• Current and/or previous in sales and strong customer service capability within gas utilities retail market is high regarded.
• Previous call-centre experience is beneficial.
• Experience in working in sales targets KPI environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with confidence engaging with customers and stakeholders
• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for being part of a high-performing, growing team
• Tech-savviness and the ability to quickly learn new systems and digital tools
• Excellent time management and the resilience to succeed in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
