Job summary

Opteon in Melbourne is seeking a skilled Residential Development Valuer to join our specialist team. You will deliver high-quality residential development valuation services and contribute to client relationships and business growth.

The role focuses on accurate reporting, mentoring junior staff, and leveraging a strong professional network to expand our market presence. A CPV qualification and a Business Property degree are preferred.

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity available for a skilled specialist Residential Development valuer to join Opteon in the role of Valuer – Residential Development in Melbourne.

Reporting to the Head of Department, this role is responsible for providing Residential Development Valuation Services in a manner which positively, pro-actively and successfully pursues core values, culture, staff development plans, income diversity, maintains and grows current client base, and delivers outcomes aligned to the approved business plan.

The strategic motivation for this role is the provision of specialist quality valuation reports in an efficient timely manner whilst providing client service levels and standards.

About You

We are seeking a driven professional with not only a Residential Development Valuation skillset but exceptional communication and business development skills.

This role will suit a valuer who seeks the opportunity to leverage their experience and progress their valuation career in a well-established specialist Residential Development team.

You will be supported by experienced mentors and Opteons continued investment in technology to drive the efficient delivery of our products.

You have a strong client network and commitment to professional development, together with:
