Job summary

Halcyon Knights is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end residential development projects in Adelaide. You will oversee planning, design and delivery, coordinating with architects, planners, engineers and government partners to achieve scope, quality and budget targets.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent communication, and robust stakeholder engagement across government and community groups.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential development projects through planning, design and delivery.
• Experience managing end-to-end projects including budgets, procurement, contracts and commercial risk.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with government, community and industry partners.
• Experience with government projects, urban renewal or residential development is ideal.
• Strong commercial and finance acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Degree in property development, urban planning, project management, construction management, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of residential developments from inception to completion.
• Design and planning leadership with architects, planners, engineers, surveyors and advisers.
• Manage procurement processes, documentation, reports and briefs.
• Stakeholder and partnership management with government entities and community.
• Monitor scope, quality, program and budget outcomes.
• Provide specialist development advice to support delivery.
