Job summary

ROUSSOS Recruitment partners with an established construction business delivering quality multi-dwelling residential projects in Adelaide. An experienced Project Manager will take ownership of the delivery from planning through to handover, working with Site Managers, Contract Administrators, consultants, subcontractors and clients.

You will drive programmes, budgets and procurement while maintaining high standards across quality, safety and compliance, building strong relationships with clients

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in construction.
• Experience in multi-residential, apartment or townhouse builds.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish.
• Understanding budgets, procurement, variations, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

ROUSSOS Recruitment is partnering with an established construction business with a good track record across the multi-residential sector, delivering projects ranging from bespoke apartment developments through to large-scale residential communities.

With continued activity across its residential portfolio, an opportunity is available for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of multi-dwelling residential projects and work alongside an established construction and leadership team.

This role is specifically suited to someone who understands residential construction and the detail that comes with delivering multiple dwellings, apartments or similar developments. You will be responsible for driving projects across programme, commercial performance, quality and stakeholder management from construction through to successful handover.

The business has significant experience delivering residential projects in South Australia, including apartment, townhouse and broader master-planned residential developments.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of project delivery while working closely with Site Managers, Contract Administrators, consultants, subcontractors and clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing multi-dwelling residential projects from planning through to completion
• Driving project programmes, budgets, procurement and commercial outcomes
• Leading and supporting Site Managers, Contract Administrators and broader delivery teams
• Managing subcontractor procurement, engagement and performance

We are looking for an established Project Manager with residential building experience who understands the coordination and attention to detail required across multi-dwelling developments.

You will ideally bring:

• Proven Project Management experience within the construction industry
• Experience across multi-residential, apartment, townhouse or multi-dwelling construction
• Experience managing projects from commencement through to completion
• Commercial understanding across budgets, procurement, variations and forecasting
