Sienna Homes in Melbourne seeks a Workflow Manager to plan, coordinate and monitor end-to-end workflow of residential construction projects from pre-construction through ACC. You will work with sales, estimating, drafting, contracts administration, scheduling and site teams to prevent bottlenecks and ensure timely delivery while maintaining clear, proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the workflow of multiple residential construction projects simultaneously.
• Monitor project progress against schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate handovers between departments for seamless progression.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
• Ensure all required documentation is completed before progression.
• Lead the Project Coordination team to deliver proactive client experiences from contract to handover.
• Ensure clients are ready for construction with all approvals and permits in place.
• Oversee client variations with timely execution and recording of documents.
• Monitor workload across teams to optimise productivity and prioritize projects.
• Produce weekly workflow and project status reports and monitor KPIs.
