Job summary

Burbank is seeking an organised Project Coordinator to join our Rose Park operations team. You'll provide administrative and project coordination support across residential construction projects, acting as the link between customers, internal teams, councils, and service providers to ensure smooth communication and compliant documentation.

In this role you will manage contracts, client updates, variations, deposits and insurance documents, while coordinating permits, approvals and council

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Proactive approach and willingness to take initiative
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Previous administration, project coordination or customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Preparing and coordinating building contracts and supporting documentation
• Managing customer information and project updates within internal systems
• Coordinating post-contract variations and associated communication
• Processing deposits, insurance documentation and other contract requirements
• Liaising with service providers regarding utility applications and connections
• Coordinating compliance inspections and required documentation
• Assisting with permits, approvals, certificates and council requirements
• Providing proactive updates to customers throughout their build journey
• Acting as a key point of contact between customers and the site team
• Attending meetings, recording minutes and tracking actions
• Supporting process improvements and contributing ideas to enhance efficiency
