Job summary

Albilly Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead residential developments across regional areas in Victoria. You will manage projects from pre-construction through completion, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors while overseeing budgets and schedules.

You will report to the Managing Director, contribute to regional development opportunities, and ensure site safety and quality compliance.

Qualifications

• At least three years of relevant construction experience with responsibility for planning, budgets and delivery.
• Experience in residential building or multi-dwelling development or comparable construction projects.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage residential construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project delivery.
• Monitor budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and project performance.
• Plan and manage delivery programmes, budgets, milestones and resources.
• Assess regional development opportunities by reviewing feasibility, site constraints, costs and risks.
• Coordinate consultants to progress designs, approvals and construction documentation.
• Prepare scopes of work, manage procurement and subcontractor engagement within authority.
• Direct and coordinate contractors and site teams, monitor performance and resolve issues.
