Job summary

Albilly Group Pty Ltd in Campbellfield is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead residential developments, focusing on regional projects. You will plan programs from pre-construction to completion, manage budgets, coordinate contractors and consultants, and ensure on-site delivery.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the role involves safety, quality and timely handovers, with opportunities to grow internal capabilities and support regional development plans.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• At least three years in construction with planning, budgeting and contractor coordination.
• Experience in residential building or multi-dwelling development.
• Ability to interpret architectural/engineering drawings and contracts.
• Knowledge of Australian building requirements, site safety and quality management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in project scheduling, cost tracking and standard office software.
• Current Australian driver's licence and White Card (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage residential construction projects with delivery programs, budgets, milestones and resources.
• Assess regional development opportunities by reviewing feasibility, site constraints, costs and risks.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, surveyors and consultants to progress designs and docs.
• Prepare scopes of work, tender packages, assess quotations, and manage procurement and subcontractors.
• Direct and coordinate contractors and site teams, monitor progress and resolve issues on cost/quality.
• Plan regional site mobilisation, material deliveries and trade availability to keep on schedule.
• Monitor budgets, cash-flow, progress claims and variations; report risks to MD.
• Oversee site safety, environmental and quality requirements; coordinate inspections and handover.
