Job summary

Albilly Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support regional residential developments in Victoria. The role offers a permanent, full-time position reporting to the Managing Director.

The successful candidate will plan and manage projects from pre-construction through to completion, control programmes and budgets, and coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors on site.

Qualifications

• A degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• At least three years of relevant construction experience.
• Experience in residential or multi-dwelling projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage residential construction projects with delivery programmes, budgets and milestones.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, surveys and other consultants.
• Prepare scopes of work and manage procurement and subcontractor engagement.
• Direct site teams, monitor progress, and resolve issues affecting cost or quality.
• Monitor budgets, cash-flow forecasts and variations, reporting to senior management.
• Oversee site safety, environment and quality requirements.
• Travel to regional project locations as required.
• Attend sites across the construction programme and coordinate deliveries with local contractors.
