Job summary

Elite Property Developments Pty Ltd is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead residential and property construction projects from pre-construction through completion. You will plan, coordinate and oversee on-site activities, ensuring safety, timeliness, and budget compliance.

The role requires strong scheduling, cost control and contract administration skills, with experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and clients. A related degree or 5+ years of PM experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM or related, or 5+ years PM experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience managing residential, commercial, renovation or fit-out projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers and project resources.
• Strong scheduling, project planning and progress monitoring.
• Experience in cost control, budgeting, tendering and procurement.
• Knowledge of contract administration, variations, claims and project documentation.
• Understanding of construction methods, quality requirements, building standards and WHS.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage residential and property construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Develop project timelines and coordinate labour, materials, equipment and subcontractors.
• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and track progress against schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers to address project issues.
• Obtain and assess contractor and supplier quotations and assist with tender and procurement.
• Monitor variations, project costs, workmanship and contractual requirements.
