Job summary

Endeavour Build is seeking a Site Manager to lead on-site delivery of residential projects—from premium renovations to custom builds. You’ll coordinate trades, supervise safety, and drive quality from planning through handover.

You’ll work with the Construction Manager, manage budgets and schedules, and mentor on-site teams to uphold high workmanship and efficiency in a fast-moving Brisbane environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar leadership role in residential construction.
• Strong trade background (carpentry preferred) with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Skilled in coordinating multiple trades and managing fast-moving residential projects.
• Knowledgeable in construction programming, budget tracking, and WHS compliance.
• Practical, solutions-focused and hands-on when needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors and trades on-site, ensuring work on time, within budget, and to exacting quality standards.
• Oversee project programming, budget control, procurement, quality checks, site administration, and contractor management.
• Monitor project progress, keeping scope, timelines, and deliverables on track.
• Maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with best practice guidelines and Workplace Safety Management standards.
• Supervise and self-perform carpentry-related tasks to the highest level of craftsmanship.
