Lusso Homes Pty Ltd in Sydney, NSW, is seeking a full-time Civil Engineering Technician to support residential and civil construction projects. You will assist with drawings, site measurements, material calculations, inspections, testing and project records, with duties split between office tasks and site visits.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or closely related discipline.
• At least three years of relevant civil construction experience.
• Experience reading civil drawings, survey plans and service plans.

Responsabilidades

• Assist engineers and project managers with planning and delivery of residential and civil works.
• Prepare and update technical sketches, site layouts, tables and quantity calculations.
• Review drawings, survey plans, soil reports and project specifications before work starts.
• Take site measurements and collect information on ground levels, soil conditions and drainage routes.
• Assist with material quantity calculations and cost estimates for civil works.
• Coordinate technical information with engineers, surveyors and subcontractors.
• Conduct or coordinate testing of soils, concrete and road-base materials and maintain records.
• Inspect footpaths, driveways and other external works for compliance with plans.
