Grace Lewin Construction, a Melbourne-based building company, seeks multiple qualified carpenters to lead on-site teams on high-end residential projects. You will oversee day-to-day activities, ensure safety, and drive quality from ground to roof in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Seeking multiple qualified carpenters to lead our on-site construction teams across high-end residential projects. You’ll play a critical leadership role in delivering safe, efficient, and high-end builds from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-end residential construction.
• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities.
• Ensure all works are delivered on time, to budget, and of the highest quality.
• Manage sub-contractors and site personnel.
• Uphold and enforce health and safety standards that meet regulations.

What You’ll Need:

• Be a qualified carpenter with a Cert III in Carpentry.
• You own your own tools and transport.
• Strong leadership, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Sound knowledge of construction processes, upholding OHS standards, and hold a White Card.
• Based in City of Port Phillip
