Job summary

Sf Construct is seeking an Apprentice Carpenter to join our growing residential construction team across Melbourne. You will learn all stages of carpentry, work with experienced carpenters, and develop a long-term career in residential construction.

Responsibilities include assisting on projects, framing, safe tool use, site prep, and teamwork. White Card holders are preferred and a valid licence/transport is an advantage. Ongoing full-time work with career progression.

We’re looking for a motivated Apprentice Carpenter to join our growing residential construction team working across new builds, renovations and extensions throughout Melbourne.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the trade properly, work alongside experienced carpenters, and build a long-term career in residential construction.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting qualified carpenters on residential projects
• Framing, lock-up and fix work
• Using hand and power tools safely
• Site preparation and clean-up
• Learning all aspects of carpentry and residential construction
• Working as part of a reliable and hardworking team

What We’re Looking For

• Genuine interest in carpentry and construction
• Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• White Card required
• Driver’s licence and own transport preferred
• Basic tool knowledge is an advantage but not essential
